5 weekly sessions – IN PERSON WORKSHOP
Cocktails and collage or Doodling and dacquiris… what’s your poison? Haha
New Year means a lot of things to different people. This year I’m intending on focusing on ‘community’ & ‘friendships’ – I’m looking at getting some social activities going in my studio, so I too can relax, play and socialise. The format I’m thinking is a ‘mini make n take’ demo, then time for everyone to play and create in their own way…. On their own projects! I find my studio very inspiring to me, and hope that by being able to create in the same space that brings me such happiness, that it will be a creative hive of activity in 2023! I’ll also plan some workshops, but my focus this year is on creating more ‘large scale’ art – tbh, this is a little scary for me! I’ve wanted to branch out and tackle some larger canvasses for a while now – and 2023 is going to be the year I put on my big girl panties and give it a go! LOL
Wishing you all a wonderful New Year, and I hope it’s colourful, fun, happy & healthy for you.
I love to draw and doodle.
I often spend hours & hours creating drawings (like my Miss Series drawings) In fact some can take 30+ hours, then you get times where the quickest little doodle that makes me smile the most.
I hope you like her, read out aloud and smile too 🥰
Wowsa, Have you seen all the new products lately? There’s SO many along with a whole bunch of pretty new colours too! Check them out on my GelMoment website
What a wonderful way to finalise my classes for the year! So much fun was had in artivity studio tonight This is the group of amazing, beautiful souls I got to share my regular Monday night art classes with We had special guest appearances by Craig & Gingey too We shared beautiful gifts, told stories, had a fun art quiz, laughed, cried happy tears, I did a fun awards ceremony, then we ate yummy food and some of us drank a wee bit too much champagne hic! I’m exhausted from all the setting up, prep and event itself, but I also feel so totally blessed I can now rest up a bit and prepare for 2022.
Biggest heartfelt thanks to all of you!! Thanks to everyone reading this – for following along this artful journey with me – whether it’s been supporting me, attending classes, purchasing from me or arting with me throughout 2021 you’re all so special to me and I appreciate you all. Wishing you a safe, wonderful Christmas filled with love & happiness xxx Lorri
